Situated just over 30 miles from central London Guildford is the gateway to some of the most beautiful countryside in the south of England. From the North Downs a ridge runs from Dorking in the east to Farnham in the west, with the North Downs way and the Hogs Back. The further you travel south the more rural the landscape becomes with renowned beauty spots such as the Devils Punchbowl at Hindhead, the Blackdown Hills south of Haslemere and the South Downs beyond Midhurst, which is shortly to become a National Park.
Scattered amongst this wonderful countryside are the attractive country towns of Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Farnham and Dorking – all of which offer good shopping and recreational facilities, as well as a wide range of well known schools.

With our office situated just to the south of Guildford we are also fortunate enough to cover many of the picturesque period villages with their own individual community atmospheres and exceptional range of village and country houses.

Although rural in atmosphere many areas of Surrey and West Sussex are incredibly well placed for daily travel to London with, as an example, Guildford main line station offering a fast commuter service to Waterloo in 35 minutes. Connections by road are also excellent with the A3 and M25 linking to the national motorway network as well as Heathrow and Gatwick International Airports.
